RULES AND REGULATIONS ABOUT WIPU KOTR OFFICIALS & SCORING SYSTEM

• WIPU KOTR will use for it's titles only officialy registered and best possible trained professional officials;
• Beside WIPU KOTR titles, officials can do service for promoter for the rest of the program without extra compensation;
• There will be 3 judges, refeere and supervisor choosed by WIPU KOTR in consultation with the national or another international sanctioning body involved in particular show;
• WIPU KOTR board of promoters will choose the supervisor who will be obligatory present on the show where WIPU KOTR title is taking place;
• WIPU KOTR supervisor can take position as supervisor for another organisation who is the official partner of WIPU KOTR ( WBC MT, OPBU );
• WIPU KOTR supervisor is also chief refeere and his word is final. He brings all official papers, belt and certificate;
• During victory ceremony, WIPU KOTR supervisor together with the promoter or VIP guest is awarding champion with belt and certificate;
• WIPU KOTR supervisor will have to collect for officials, all taxes and travel expences by promoter day before fight, during official weight in. Also, WIPU KOTR supervisor will have to collect all fight money and travel expences for the fights who are under WIPU KOTR jurisdiction by promoter day before show, during official weight in or latest the same day but obligatory before beginning of the show;
• All payments according to the agreements and signed contracts will be done by supervisor to the officials and fighters imediately after their fight or at the end of the show;
• After the fight, WIPU KOTR should send supervisor's report to WIPU KOTR with his remarks about promoter, fights, official and show in general;
• Normaly, WIPU KOTR will try to use indenpendent officials but in order to help promoter with his expences, WIPU KOTR can agree to use two judges from the countries where fighters are comming from + one neutral judge, refeere and supervisor. Of course, if WIPU KOTR has licenced officials in neighbour countries he will try to use them;
• In certain situations, officialy registered title could be also with two judges, refeere who is also judge and obligatory supervisor;
  
• WIPU KOTR officials uniform will be: black sport shoes, black trouses or skirt, black shirt with WIPU KOTR logo on left side and on the shoulder, red papillon and black blazer. Refeere will have to use obligatory medicine gloves -possible black;
• WIPU KOTR supervisor uniform will be: black shoes, black trouses or skirt, white shirt with WIPU KOTR logo on left side and shoulder, tie and black blazer;
• WIPU KOTR officials will use '' 10 point must system '' on official WIPU KOTR scoring cards;
• WIPU KOTR title fight can finished by following decissions:
  - on points by unanimous decission
  - on points by majority decission
  - by KO or KKO
  - by TKO
  - by abandon due to injury and medical intervention
  - by disqualification
  - draw
  - technical draw
  - no contest
• In a fight of 5 rounds, 3 knock downs in one round or 4 knock downs in whole fight, fighter loose the fight by TKO; In the tournament, 2 knock downs in one round or 3 knock downs in whole fight will be used;
• 3 official warnings ( yelow card ) in one round or 4 official warnings in whole fight (red card), fighter loose the fight by Disqualification; In the tournament, 2 yellow cards in one round or 3 yellow cards in a whole fight will be used;
• In case that no intentional foul happens in first 2 rounds (1st round in tournament), fighter could get up to 5' rest to continue the fight. If he can't continue, the fight will finish NO CONTEST. If the decissions by refeere and official doctor are that he can continue but he refurse, fighter loose the fight by TKO;
• In case that no intentional foul happens after 2nd round ( after 1st round in tournament ), fighter could get up to 5' rest to continue the fight. If he can't continue the fight, final decission will be made by going on score cards till that moment, including actual round. If the decissions by refeere and official doctor are that he can continue but he refuse, fighter loose the fight by TKO;
• Bell can't save the fighters in any round;
• FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE WORLD – after 3rd round, WIPU KOTR supervisor will announce publicly to all present in the sport hall the present situation on scoring cards;
• FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE WORLD – supervisor is the only person in charge to take away negative points for Knock Down and Official warning. Judges will count only who was for them better fighter in that round, no matter on knock downs or official warnings;
• FOR THE FIRST TIME – refeere will use yellow card for official warnings and red card for disqualification in order to make clear to all present about his decissions.
