
Croatian boxer Stjepan Bozic defended the WBA intercontinental title in the supermiddleweight category in Novalja on Island Pag, Croatia. Bozic is opposed to armenian fighter Roman Aramjan, and after twelve roundsthe judges unanimously decided that the belt remains in the ownership of the Croatian boxer.
Otherwise, Bozic is supposed to fight against the Italian boxer Cristian Sanavia, a former European and world champion, but Italian has requested a postponement because of injury.
"I did not undervalue my opponent, I respected him, but I know my qualities and together with my team, I managed to get to victory. I deserved this victory, and on what follows I will decide later, after the holiday," concluded Stjepan Bozic.
