With the passage of time finaly found a home in ENGLAND as English boxing. Lord Quensburry has established the rules and the modern era of boxing starts. Many great champions in the past just to mention some: John L. Sullivan, Jack Johnson, Jack Dempsey, Joe Louis, Muhamad Ali, Mike Tyson, Lenox Lewis and others spread the great popularity of this noble art worldwide.

Today we have more then 10 various boxing federations but only few have credentials to lead this sport on highest level and those are:
- WBC World Boxing Council as first and leading organisation in the world founded in 1963 With great Don King as first and biggest promoter of all times and Muhamad Ali as the first and greatest champion of all times
- WBA World Boxing Association IBF International Boxing Federation
- WBO World Boxing Organisation EBU European Boxing Union
- WIBF Women International Boxing Federation as first in the world promoting female boxing
